Black Powder (Mealed)

When black powder is thoroughly mixed with a ball mill it is said to be mealed. This comes from the word mill, and it is important to note that it is not meal powder. The two are commonly confused, and the differences are not great. Meal powder is a side product of milling black powder. The former is finer, and in a more dust-like form, whereas mealed powder is just a name given to high-quality black powder that has been milled.
